In the Banquet Hall, a tree nearly 40 feet tall is laden with Victorian ornaments. The house is filled with more than 35 magnificent Christmas trees, hundreds of wreaths and poinsettias, and over 10,000 feet of evergreen swags. After dinner you’ll experience the ambiance of America’s largest Home during a Candlelight Christmas Tour, where a 35-foot Christmas tree and miles of festive décor fill you with holiday cheer.
BILTMORE CANDLELIGHT TOUR FULL
This evening enjoy a full course traditional holiday buffet on the Biltmore Grounds. This afternoon, we will arrive at the Biltmore Estate and enjoy a visit to the Antler Hill Village & Winery. First, we will include a guided tour of Asheville.

Lĭay 2: An included breakfast gets us started this morning. We will arrive in Asheville and check into our hotel for the next two nights. Then we will enjoy a holiday luncheon at the historic Boone Tavern Inn with local entertainment. We will stop in the quaint Berea, Kentucky at the Artisan Center to see the crafts of local talented artisans. Today, Christmas at Biltmore is still one of the most astonishing holiday celebrations you will ever experience.ĭay 1: We depart this morning for our drive to the lovely Blue Ridge Mountains and Smoky Mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. It was Christmas Eve in 1895 when George Vanderbilt welcomed family and friends to his newly completed 250-room mansion for what was perhaps the most incredible Christmas celebration they had ever seen.
